Chicken Marinade

  • 2/3 c water

  • 2/3 c persimmon vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper/1 Tbsp. salt

  • 1 crushed garlic clove

  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 4 chicken breasts (bone in for moister finish)

  • Marinade for minimum 4 hrs

Bacon vinaigrette

  • 1/4 c Beautyberry vinegar

  • 4 slices cooked bacon

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 c olive oil or bacon drippings

  • pepper to taste

  • Serve warm for best flavor
