Chicken Marinade
2/3 c water
2/3 c persimmon vinegar
1 Tbsp. black pepper/1 Tbsp. salt
1 crushed garlic clove
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 chicken breasts (bone in for moister finish)
Marinade for minimum 4 hrs
Bacon vinaigrette
1/4 c Beautyberry vinegar
4 slices cooked bacon
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c olive oil or bacon drippings
pepper to taste
Serve warm for best flavor
