Beyond Toast…
Are our jams made just for toast? Well, are summer days made just for work? I mean sure, that is always an option, but why limit yourself?
Each small batch of our versatile all-natural jams and jellies starts with seasonal fresh fruit and ends wherever the imagination takes it.
Baked Brie- Spread Summer Solstice Mango Jalapeno Jam on a round of brie, wrap with crescent roll dough and bake according to instructions.
Chip dip- Layer Summer Solstice over cream cheese in an 8x8 dish for corn chips or crackers.

Beyond Salad…
Olive oil and any of our vinegars (Black Garlic infused Persimmon is our favorite) are a great pair for salads, sure, nothing new there. But the world is your oyster. If oysters are not your thing, a splash of vinegar brightens meats and roasted veggies, makes an excellent pan glaze, or base for dip.
Top roasted Brussel sprouts or asparagus with olive oil, black garlic infused persimmon vinegar, a sprinkle of sea salt, and fresh ground pepper.
Marinade base for chicken or pork
Bacon Vinaigrette- French style mustard vinaigrette
Persimmon vinegar for slaws, pulled pork, or pulled chicken.
Equal parts beautyberry and Summer Solstice jelly for egg roll dip.
